Thailand house prices: single detached landed houses (2009 = 100)
House prices in Thailand.
The Bank of Thailand (BOT) publishes quarterly house price indices based on the appraisal database of the Government Housing Bank (GHB). The indices are limited since the data mostly cover medium to low-end of the housing market and are concentrated mostly on the periphery of central Bangkok and its vicinity.
